Titi Tea Garden Shipping Information
Titi Tea Garden ships all orders via USPS ground shipping. We are committed and strive to package and send out all orders within 24 hours. Please allow an overall 5-7 day for delivery. If we are unable to ship your package within the timeframe for any reason, we will contact you and let you know when to expect your package.
Please be aware that for tea accessories, books and gift items ordered with your tea, they may arrive in separate boxes from your tea order.
Free Shipping: Titi Tea Garden offers free "Ground Shipping" of our choice for purchases over $50
this applies to orders shipped to one address within the 48 contiguous States Only. We do not deliver to PO Box. An additional shipping fee of $5.95 (per address) will be applied for multiple ships to addresses.
Purchases under $50: A flat ground shipping charge of $5.95 applies for purchases under $50 that are shipped within the contiguous states packages are shipped via UPS standard shipping methods.
Expedite Shipping: If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us before placing your order. We will research the pricing and get back to you right away with the cost. International Orders: Please contact us prior to placing your order for a cost estimate.
Sales Tax
Titi Tea Garden is required to collect for Illinois residents. Sales tax will be added at check out for the total purchase price.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Your complete satisfaction is our prime concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 10 working days of receiving your order. To request a refund and share with us why you are making a return, please call owner Marie Arnold at 847-404-9671 or complete our online form. Please be advised, we do not cover the cost of sending back unwanted items. All returned items must have appropriate packing, including the packing slip you received in your box with your package. Please return in a new or original box via UPS or FedEx, preferably insured. Your refund will be only for the items purchased, excluding shipping fee.
